Wonderful and cute venue, perfect location not far from Shijo, Gojo or Karasuma, main attractions and restaurants, and downtown or historic tourist area, greatly enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by efficient, affable staff.

Wonderful hotel located in a mostly residential area close to local restaurants, supermarkets, shrines and temples. Well laid out and spacious room with a nice size bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. - Very friendly staff during my stay.

It is a wonderful property located in Shimogyo Ward district really close to Shijo, Gojo or Karasuma, the center of Kyoto and transport and shopping. The hotel rooms are newly decorated and neat with balcony and microwave, for example. The staff is brilliantly helpful and accommodates all of guests' needs. Thank you for an ENJOYABLE stay.

The Ai-Matsubara Kyogoku House in Kyoto was a spacious and reasonably priced apartment located in a convenient location close to transportation and popular sights. It was clean, cosy, and had great facilities including a washing machine and dryer. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!
